Job Summary
The Floor Coating Installer is responsible for assisting with and executing industrial-grade concrete coating installations while building the skills, work habits, and jobsite leadership needed to grow into a future Lead Installer.

This role reports to the Owner/General Manager and works closely with the installation team on residential and light commercial projects. You will learn our process side-by-side with experienced team members, strengthen your technical skills, and take on increasing responsibility over time as you demonstrate reliability, quality, and leadership potential.

On a typical day, you will help prepare the install truck, travel to customer locations, prepare concrete surfaces, and install our proprietary 3-layer granite epoxy coating system and multicoat knock-down finishes while learning the standards required to eventually lead projects yourself.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in floor coatings, grow with the company, and earn the opportunity to step into a future leadership role.

·         Learn and follow company installation systems, safety standards, and jobsite procedures

·         Work with time-sensitive materials and maintain a steady pace on job sites
·         Maintain machines, tools, and equipment and help keep inventory organized
·         Take initiative in learning the skills and habits needed to grow into a future Lead Installer

We recognize the physical demands of working in warmer conditions. During the summer months, we prioritize safety, hydration, and teamwork by:

  • Providing cold drinks on job sites

Our leadership works alongside the team and sets the standard for working smart, safely, and together.
